The Department has copies of many Base Flood Elevation Certificates but not all of them.  You may submit an online Base Flood Elevation Certificate Request to see if we have a copy of one for your particular Assessor's Parcel Number (APN).  If we do not have a copy of a certificate for your APN, you will have to contact a licensed land surveyor a licensed engineer to obtain one.
