As your elected Treasurer-Tax Collector, I am committed to providing exceptional customer service that meets the needs of each individual taxpayer. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is dedicated to serving and resolving any issues in a timely manner. We are proud of our ability to serve the community of Merced County. As Treasurer, I am committed to the preservation of capital through safe investing of all monies collected and honored to be entrusted with tax collection and an equitable voting process. Purpose of Revenue & Reimbursement Division
This office is responsible for collecting unpaid debts to Merced County. Our purpose is to function as a collection department by providing professional collection services for the resolution of debts owed to the County of Merced.
Revenue & Reimbursement provides professional and specialized collection services, including:
Billing, cashiering and general collections
Assessing ability to pay and collectability of debts
Obtaining and enforcing judgments on delinquent accounts
