REGULAR CALENDAR

BOARD ACTION

1. Approve termination of membership of the Merced County IHSS Public Authority in the CSAC-EIA effective 12:01 AM, July 1, 2012; authorize Risk Management to notify CSAC-EIA of the IHSS Authority's official notice of termination of its membership in the CSAC-EIA; approve initiation of membership and submit all applications and information necessary to effect membership of the Authority in the Golden State Risk Management Authority effective 12:01 AM, July 1, 2012; and authorize the Chairman to sign the Agreement of Admission of New Membership.
