CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT No. CUP17-011

Robert Younan – A request to establish a used car sales lot on a maximum of three of the existing six parking spaces on a property that is currently the site of a smog test (only) business (Delhi Smog Center). The project site is located on property on the northeast side of North Stephens Street, approximately 300 feet south of El Capitan Way, identified as Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 009-123-014. The property is designated Delhi Urban Community - Mixed Use land use in the General Plan and zoned C-2 (General Commercial). CEQA: The project is exempt under Section 15301 – “Existing Facilities”. DL

RECOMMENDATION(S):
1) Open/Close the public hearing;
2) Find the project exempt from CEQA under Section 15301 – “Existing Facilities” of the CEQA Guidelines; and,
3) Approve Conditional Use Permit No. CUP17-011 based on the findings in the Staff Report and subject to the proposed conditions of approval.
