MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION No. MS15-016

Hope Silva - to divide a five acre parcel into three parcels and a remainder parcel; Parcel No. 1 = 1.23 acres, Parcel No. 2 = 1.25 acres, Parcel No. 3 = 1.36 acres, and a Remainder Parcel of 1.15 acres. The property is located northeast of Dunn Road and Harbor Drive in the Merced Rural Residential Center No. 1. The property is designated Agricultural Residential within the City Planning Area of Merced in the General Plan and zoned A-R (Agricultural Residential). PN

RECOMMENDATION(S):
1) Open/Close the public hearing
2) Determine the application can be found exempt from CEQA under Section 15315 – “Minor Land Divisions” of the CEQA Guidelines.
3) Approve Minor Subdivision Application No. MS15-016 based on the findings included in the staff report and subject to the conditions of approval.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPLICATION No. AA17-026

Leonardo Oliva - A request to operate a semi-mobile food vendor with outdoor seating at an existing truck stop. The project site is located on the east side of South Highway 33, 700 feet north of West Henry Miller Road in the Santa Nella area, identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN) 070-240-026 and 070-240-021. The property is designated Santa Nella Urban Community - General Commercial land use and zoned C-2 (General Commercial). CEQA: Project can be found exempt from CEQA under Section 15311(c) – “Accessory Structures”.

1) Open/close the public hearing;
2) Find the project exempt from CEQA under Section 15311(c) – “Accessory Structures” of the CEQA Guidelines, and;
3) Approve Administrative Application No. AA17-026 based on the findings in the Staff Report and subject to the proposed conditions of approval.
